Chris Nuñez (born April 11, 1973) is an American tattoo artist, television personality and entrepreneur, who has been a tattoo artist for 26 years as of 2017. He is the owner of Handcrafted Tattoo And Art Gallery, a tattoo shop located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and a judge on the Spike TV network's reality competition, Ink Master, in which tattoo artists compete in challenges assessing their tattoo and related artistic skills. Previously, Nunez was one of the featured tattoo artists on TLC's reality television program Miami Ink.

Personal life
Of Cuban descent, he grew up in Miami, Florida. Nuñez had always been drawn to art, and began painting graffiti as a teenager, which he claims his father supported as long as it was an image and not just Nuñez's name. Soon, he discovered tattooing, immediately falling in love with it and obtaining an apprenticeship at a local tattoo shop. Nuñez claims that he is very grateful for the experience of an apprenticeship when he was younger, as he worked his way up from background work -cleaning, running errands, fixing machines - to learning how to tattoo and tattooing fundamentals. His father died when Nuñez was 18 years old, leading to him rebelling during his late teens and early twenties. Nuñez's first tattoos, which he got at age 16, were of his parents' names. He is the single father of daughter, Kali, (who lives with Nuñez and his family) and son, Anthony (who lives in California with his mother). Nuñez has never been married, and is currently single.

Career
After being a graffiti artist, Nuñez switched to tattooing, though even after opening a tattoo shop with friends he continued to do part-time construction work. He was the owner of Handcrafted Tattoo And Art Gallery in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He and Ami James later opened Love Hate Tattoos on Miami Beach.
He was a cast member of the TLC network's reality show Miami Ink, and later became a judge on the Spike network's reality competition, Ink Master, in which tattoo artists compete in challenges assessing their tattoo and related artistic skills.
He is a partner in the media corporation Ridgeline Empire, which operates the subsidiaries Ink Skins and Upset Gentlemen and an animation studio with two animated series in development as of 2014: Hoodbrats and Toothians.
Sexual Harassment Controversy
In 2014, Nicoletta Robinson, a former PA of the television show 'Ink Master' (on which Nuñez is a judge), filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Chris Nuñez and his fellow 'Ink Master' host Oliver Peck. Robinson claims that she worked for the show for 11 days in 2013 as an errand runner, which is when she allegedly experienced the harassment. In her lawsuit, Robinson claimed that Peck stated: "Now Nickie can go home and suck some d***s." She stated that Peck tickled her, squeezed her, and pinched her against her will. Robinson also claimed Peck pulled her seatbelt tight against her breasts while she was driving. Robinson claimed that Nuñez stated: "Are you menstruating? Do you need a hug?" She also goes on to say that Nuñez once asked her if she was "knocked up" because she was sick, and that he once explicitly described how his partner's dirty underwear was eaten by their dog. Robinson claimed that both Peck and Nuñez would regularly make offensive comments in her presence, including derogative comments about other women and once calling another judge a "faggot." Robinson allegedly complained to supervisors, who, according to her, replaced Robinson, yet said her employment would continue on the production, then never called her back. She sued for sexual harassment and unlawful retaliation.
